We both grew up in smaller towns, and one of the things we’re most excited about is bringing customer service back—the kind where shop-keepers are a part of the community, and you know where to find them when you really need something. Our “customer service plan” is on each of our business cards in the form of our cell numbers. We live ten minutes from the shop, and if you need something special or are having an emergency, we can get there in a hurry any time.
